You will be required to care for residents within the Nursing Home. Previous experience in a similar position is desirable.

Person required will be responsible for food stock levels by weekly ordering, maintenance of house and general duties. Candidates are required to have competency in the English language both written and spoken.

We are looking for an experienced chef to join our team for the summer season on the beautiful island of Inishbofin situated off the west coast of Ireland. The Doonmore Hotel is a small, busy family owned hotel offering Bed & Breakfast, Bar, Restaurant and Function facilities and is open from Easter to the end of September. We currently have positions available for a Chef and Waiting staff, from two to six months duration. We offer accommodation and meals as part of the package. The right person needs to be able to work well as part of a team, be good-natured, efficient and adaptable.
